The property was built in early twentieth century in the Art Nouveau style. Many buildings in the park remained in very good condition until now. Particularly, a stable with coach house. All arrangements look charming, especially the front door and a narrow path leading to it, surrounded with trees.
- One of the biggest technical monuments in Kowale Oleckie is a brickyard. The factory works by nineteenth-century technology, with a wooden barrel hall structure adjusting the air flow for drying the bricks. Another technical monument is an iron foundry in Golubki as well as the lime kiln. Lime kiln was built in the early twentieth century and operated in the interwar period, up until 1944.
Szeskie Hills extend longitudinally from Beautiful Mountain (277.8 m) in Gołdap to "Olecka Szwajcaria". Szeska Mountain, with a height of 309 m above sea level is the highest peak of Szeskie Hills. It rises about 60 meters above the surrounding areas. The hills are steep in some places and are covered with pine and spruce forest. At the top, one can admire a beautiful view of the whole area within a radius of several kilometers.
This is a forest reserve covering 10.7 h. It was created to protect the unique yew trees growing here. Reserve include the largest and longest in Szeskie Hills gorge with a length of about 900 m and a depth of 20 m. It is found that in the reserve and its close surroundings there are more than 1,000 specimens of yew tree.
